This one is FANCY, folks. Seatings at 5pm and 7pm (looks like only 5pm is left!) with Music between Celtic courses. The festivities begin with a black velvet sparkling cocktail before a decadent Renaissance feast of scadán (herring) with pickles , red onions and carrots served on potatoes and dill, followed by gearrthóg uaineola (lamb) with rosemary in plum sauce served with celtic dumplings and a beet, pear and cranberry salad. The third course is císte meala, a delicious honey cake with fruit preserves. Each course is served with a wine pairing, and a tasting of Irish whiskey (or Irish cream) ends the night.
